Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded data and for complying with your bank's terms and applicable laws. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
Service and file retention
Converted files are stored temporarily (typically up to one hour) and then deleted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and pricing may change.
Payments
Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe when checkout is enabled. Refunds are handled per our support policy at support@statementscraft.com.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatementsCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including visa refusals or financial losses related to formatted documents.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where StatementsCraft operates. Disputes should first be raised via support@statementscraft.com.
